Helping Malaysians fight obesity, NCDs, and hormone-related health problems through evidence-based nutrition care

about Jomsayheart
JomSayHeart was established in 2019 with one clear mission: to help Malaysians change their diet, change their health, and change their life through evidence-based nutrition care.
We started by spreading nutrition and health awareness on social media to combat diet myths, misinformation, and harmful diet trends that often confuse the public. At a time when many Malaysians were turning to quick fixes, extreme diets, and unverified health advice, JomSayHeart became a platform to share the right information, delivered by certified Nutritionists and Dietitians.
Today, Malaysia is facing a growing health crisis. More than half of Malaysian adults are overweight or obese, while diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, fatty liver, PCOS, fertility struggles, and other lifestyle-related health issues are becoming increasingly common.
These are not just personal health problems. Non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer create a heavy burden on families, workplaces, communities, and the national healthcare system.
JomSayHeart exists to change this.
We believe every Malaysian deserves access to real, evidence-based nutrition care delivered by qualified Nutritionists and Dietitians, professionals trained to protect public health, not sell quick fixes.
Through nutrition education, personalised dietary guidance, lifestyle support, community programs, and continuous care, we help Malaysians prevent disease, manage weight, improve metabolic and hormone health, and build healthier habits that last.
Our big why remains the same since day one:
to wake Malaysians up to the power of better dietary habits, through the right information, the right support, and the right professionals.
